To help, please find below a handy departure checklist:
- Put the garbage bins out if applicable. If you have more garbage than can fit in the bins provided, then please take it with you and dispose elsewhere otherwise you may be charged an excess garbage fee.
- Linen to remain on the beds for cleaners to strip as needed
- Clean out the fridge and freezer
- Wash, dry and put away all dishes, etc.
- BBQ must be cleaned after use or an additional charge will be charged to your bond.
- Check bedrooms and bathrooms to make sure nothing is left behind
- Return keys as instructed – If keys are returned late on the departure date you may be charged an additional fee.
- The property must be left secure on departure – please lock all doors, windows and turn off all lights and air conditioners.
- Keys are to be returned to the lock box.
