Ideal for families & couples, this is a stylish, comfortable two-storey house with an entertaining deck off the upstairs living area for you to sit back and relax while taking in the ocean outlook. Set high on the block (55 steps from curb to front door) this private holiday abode is a short drive to shops, cafes & golf courses.

Master bedroom contains queen bed, ocean views, balcony access, en suite with shower & w/c & walk-in robe. Bedroom 2 contains a double bed & built-in robe, bedroom 3 contains two single beds, access to the rear yard & built-in robe with bedroom 4 containing sofa bed that folds out to a double bed with TV so you can utilise as second living area. Downstairs bathroom boasts shower over bath, vanity & w/c.

A bond (security deposit) will be required in the form of a pre-authorisation of a credit card for every booking and an online check in form will need to be completed and returned prior to arrival. This involves providing photo ID and a credit card. The online check in form will be sent once the booking is confirmed. Please contact the office to confirm the bond amount as it differs for each property, minimum $1,000 (higher for more prestigious properties).

For bookings longer than 14 days, mid-stay cleans will be required at guests cost. Please contact the office for clarification of the number of mid-stay cleans required based on the length of stay and pricing as the cost will differ for each property.
