To help, please find below a handy departure checklist:
- Put the garbage bins out for collection, if applicable.
- Linen to remain on the beds for cleaners to remove
- Clean out the fridge and freezer
- Wash, dry and put away all dishes, etc.
- Empty Dishwasher, if applicable.
- Remove all rubbish from inside the property and place in the external bins.
- BBQ must be cleaned after use or an additional charge will be charged to your bond.
- Check bedrooms and bathrooms to make sure nothing is left behind
- The property must be left secure on departure – please lock all doors, windows and turn off all lights and air conditioners.
- Keys are to be returned to the lock box.
